So how did last week's meeting go? I bet it went fine.

BUT I KNOW YOU ALL DIDN'T CARRY OUT WHAT YOU PLANNED! Aiyo, plan already don't carry out, then we meet for what? Wendy, i hope you hadn't thrown away the paper. Lol.

I step down already, you all have to function on your own. Even though last time, as an SL, i wasn't harsh on you all, but you guys are having SYF next year. Don't tell me you all want another Silver? That's no progress leh. I know it's partially my fault that i wasn't very erm... strict on you all, but... learn to pick it up, ok? I mean, this standard is ok if you guys don't want to improve. But if you all want to be better, you have to do something.

And i don't understand what kind of feud you guys are having now. Nothing seems to work, does it? Like this, cannot. Like that, also cannot. Honestly, i also don't know what to do.

As a section, work out these problems. Find the root of it and solve it. It can't go on like this forever.

Wendy, you're the SL leh. 你做的每一件事，每一个决定，都会影响到他们的。I know you're trying, but not enough. Did you carry out what you all decided to do last week? You can't say you forgot what you have to do. You should have kept the paper, remind yourself and the section. If you're never gonna start, the section's never going to improve. And we all agreed to study together as a section, but you're always not available. I know you have a large circle of friends, but try to take some time out for your section, ok? Don't make your members feel like the section don't matter to you. Also, pleeeeeeeeeeeaaasssee kick the habit of being late and skipping school. Last Friday is an example. You skipped school and as a result you can't go for band practice. When you decided to skip school, did you think of your section? They treat you as an SL leh. You're their role model. In the future, or maybe now, they would want to play just like you. They might want to be an SL just like you. If you keep being late for this and that, skipping school, it's quite likely they will follow your example. I'm sure you don't want to see a day where your section skips school and ends up not being able to go for band, right?

Siti & leexean, I don't know what's with you guys, really. But you do know this is going to affect your relationship even in band, right? One of you will be taking up Wendy's position next year. So what are you guys going to do by then?

Stephanie, you're trying hard, i know. Keep it up. Please remember to hand in your homework though, your seniors may forget. Since you're the more carefree person in the section, it'll be easier for you to remember. Hahaha... Oh and please play out more during full band. It's better to hear your mistakes than hear nothing at all.
